I have always liked the idea of re-purposing ordinary household items for modelling requirements. The actual castle looks like a Japanese "sumo" structure with those sloping walls.Regards.Tony Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01157817672159439274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6650770985225450559.post-1997004396713694552021-09-23T03:08:00.264-07:002021-09-23T03:08:00.264-07:00An exaggerated example of the principle of recycli...An exaggerated example of the principle of recycling and/or reclamation. But I'm now thinking that one of those burger boxes, cut along a diagonal would make the outer faces of two Vauban bastions or ravelins. Something to consider.

I recall seeing pictures of a fine fortified place in Military Modelling some time back in the early 1980s. I was going to make something similar, but never got around to it.
Cheers,
Archduke Piccolo.
Archduke Piccolohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15533325665451889661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6650770985225450559.post-18954644253162607002021-09-22T18:36:56.040-07:002021-09-22T18:36:56.040-07:00Yes! In fact, it reminds me of my first toy fort.
