The Ulrichstein Campaign
This campaign, beginning in 2011, was resumed, after an interval forced upon us by local earthquakes, in 2013. It has been eight years since it concluded. It was intended to be something of a curtain raiser for a much larger campaign, but for a number of reasons, the said earthquakes contributing, that never quite got off the ground. Methought it time that the thing be 'consolidated' under this table of links. I hope readers will find it sufficiently entertaining.

ReplyDeleteMust crack on with the Spencer Smith Estavian Imperial army....

Yes indeed, Neil: must crack on. Though not all my 18th century Imagi-Nations are Airfix AWI infantry and modified Airfix Napoleonic cavalry, they do remain my favourites. Having said that I still have a good number of cavalry to paint up, and some day, perhaps the War of the Ursaminor Succession (or the War of Hopkins's Elbow).
DeleteGreat looking campaign. Have to read the posts as time allows.
ReplyDeleteHi Mark -
DeleteYes, for what was intended to be a 'curtain raiser' it went rather well - the rebellion put up a very respectable show, considering. It's nice in a campaign to have a couple of small scale actions, amounting to skirmishes, just to leaven - or liven - the narrative.
